No matter what, move. Advance. Unceasingly against whatever odds, internal or external, move towards the light. Find the path forward. Always make progress. This is the truth of our life and the sword duel.
Move the will forward.
Press the spirit unceasingly.
Stride properly with the sword raised towards the true enemy.
Fudanzenshin. Do not falter or lose your momentum. It will be difficult. When practice is easy our way provides no insight. Ceaselessly advance yourself.
